Each rental contract is individually named and connot be assigned or sub-let.
The rental becomes definitive only after confirmation by the owner, with a contract signed and the booking deposit cleared.
The agreed rental dates must be rigorously respected: late arrival in excess of 24 hours (other than as notified) constitutes cancellation and loss of the booking deposit.
CANCELLATION: All cancellation before the date of arrival results in loss of the booking deposit. If a booking is interrupted, the booking deposit and the balance paid on arrival remain fully payable.
Premature departure during a booking is non-refundable.
STAY: accommodation is rented from Wednesday to the following Wednesday, except in the case of a special agreement with the owner.
- on arrival, the balance of the rental and a security deposit of 300€ (cheque or French debit card) are payable.
- the tennant is responsible for checking and notifying any problems with the chalet within 24 hours.
- in the case where the chalet is not satisfactory the renter must report this as soon as possible, in order that maintenance can be arranged.
- on the day of departure, between 8AM and 10AM, a checkout handover will be conducted: the chalet must be left clean, failing which a surcharge of 80with be withheld from the security deposit.
- the security deposit will be refunded on departure, or within one week in the case where the tennant departs outside the designated hours.
- all chalets are equipped with duvets, undersheets and pillows: the guest must arrange to bring sheets and towels as required.
- gas barbecues are supplied in the chalet.
ANIMALS: all animals are forbidden.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the chalets.
Cars are required to drive slowly in the complex after 10PM and to minimise noise.
All clients are required to comply with all of the rules of the complex.
